Partner Application
Partner applications happen inside the Rentilly app during signup — there is no web form. That keeps identity verification and your commission account tied to one verified profile.
App signup only
We do not accept partner applications by email, WhatsApp or through third parties. Anyone offering to "register you as a partner" for a fee is not acting for Rentilly.
How to apply

Download the Rentilly app and tap Sign Up.

Choose Partner as your account type.

Complete KYP verification with your BVN and NIN.
- 4
Upload CAC registration details if you are applying as a company.
- 5
Accept the partner agreement, including the commission schedule and conduct rules.
- 6
Submit — our team reviews applications within 5 business days and responds in the app.
What you need
- 18 years or older and resident in Nigeria.
- Valid BVN and NIN that pass KYP verification.
- A Nigerian bank account in your verified name for commission settlement.
- No confirmed fraud history or Rentilly blacklist entry.
- Agreement never to charge tenants agency, inspection or 'hold' fees — commissions are paid by Rentilly only.
Corporate partners are screened under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020, and all partners are subject to ongoing monitoring under our KYP Policy and the Money Laundering (Prevention and Prohibition) Act 2022.
